1. Browse our collection and pick the dress/gown you love.
2. Tell us the dress that you would like by submitting our booking form with the required information.
3. We will reply you on the availability & the total pricing on the same day either via e-mail or phone.
4. We will send a payment link to your e-mail. Just click on the link and make the payment to us.
5. Once we receive payment, we will schedule for you to receive your dress no later than 1 day before your event
6. Wear it to your party or event and enjoy the day.
7. After you are done,  do not worry about dry cleaning the dress, that is all covered. Just drop by your nearest post office or logistical service provider and send the dress back to us.  There will be a cash rebate for your time and effort from DressMeCrazy(DMC) !!!
8. Need us to pick it up? No problem. We will charge a minor fee for specific locations around Klang Valley. Please ensure you inform our customer service representative upon initial booking.

Need more than one dress?

1. If you rent a 2nd dress in the same order, we will give you a 20% discount to you on that 2nd dress.
2. 3rd dress and above gets 25% discount on the additional dresses.
3. If you need an extra size (if there is additional stock), we will throw that in for just an extra RM10.

Need some accessories?

1.  You are welcome to enjoy our Add-ons item: Accessories , where rentals start from as low as RM3 each (maximum 3 pcs per order of dress renting). Free shipping included!!
2. Some of the accessories, we will bundle as part of the dress rental for FREE if we think it will make your look stand out even more.
3. Some of our accessories are for sale and you can purchase them. However if you do not rent a dress with these purchases, we would need to charge you some of the shipping cost.
